What is Growceanu?

Growceanu is an investment platform, authorised by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Romania under EU regulation 2020/1503.

On the Growceanu platform, private businesses can list themselves to raise funds in exhange for equity from the general public or institutional investors.

The Growceanu company was founded in 2018 in Timisoara as a business angels club and completed 27 investments before its authorisation in 2026.
